Title - Active Cycle of Breathing Technique (ACBT)
Description - ACBT is a set of breathing exercises that helps to loosen and clear sputum from your air ways. It can be used to reduce post-operative complications within your lungs. It can also be used to promote independently managing chest clearance.Title - Back Pain Advice & Information
Description - It has been suggested that 80% of the population will experience some sort of lower back pain (LBP) during their lifetime. Back pain can be the result of a range of conditions but most back pain is not due to 1 specific cause but a range of factors. Pain does not necessarily mean there is a serious condition.Title - Relaxation
Description - Relaxation techniques do not cure, but may help in the reduction of symptoms associated with stress. It may help to reduce fatigue, breathlessness and pain. In addition to releasing tension in the body, relaxation exercises can aid sleep and can be used as a coping mechanism/strategy. Learning any new skill or exercise takes practice so be patient and keep trying.
