Education and Training
Our Education, Training and Library Services provide support for the education, training and professional development of staff and students to help achieve their maximum potential in delivering high quality healthcare and current good practice.
Your learning and development begins the moment you join us and becomes an important part of life here.
We want you to enjoy your role at the Trust and have all the skills and know-how to do your job to the best of your ability.
Education and training is essential to both individuals and the organisation. Without development, we will not improve in what we do, and without improvement, we are not offering our patients the best care possible. The Trust Board is committed to its staff and people development, it expects its workforce to be competent, skilled and knowledgeable in their roles.
