Help for GPs

GP Response is a service for general practitioners who need answers to current or anticipated issues around patient care.

This could include administrative and operational matters which require an individual response. It is not intended to replace clinician-to-clinician contacts or other direct service contacts over specific issues.

Please use your NHS Mail account only to send the following information to soh-tr.gp@nhs.net:

• Your name and practice
• Your patient’s name
• Patient’s date of birth
• Patient’s NHS number
• The issue you wish to raise

We aim to answer any inquiries within no more than five working days
