The People’s Health Hero Award is your chance to say the biggest thank you to those local NHS heroes that have gone the extra mile for you or your family.
At the last Southport & Ormskirk Hospital Awards ceremony, Southport's Emergency Department were victorious following your nominations praising their care that changes lives for the better.
This year’s winner will be honoured at Formby Hall Golf Resort in October, and as well as the People’s Health Hero Award, there will also be a number of other awards presented on the evening.
The event is at no cost to the NHS.
